The PANCAKE RUN is still ON!

There is rain in the forecast, but there are also pancakes to be eaten! We will run, rain or shine or mud or... whatever.

Bring a dry change of clothes for after your run so you can enjoy warm chocolate chip, blueberry, peanut butter chip, who-knows-what-else pancakes. There will be chocolate milk... maybe even some hot cocoa!?

Place: Carrie's. 2908 Field Stone Court. (Go south on Summerfield past Hoen. Turn LEFT on Carissa Ave. Turn RIGHT on Field Stone.

AMAZING COBBLESTONE #2!

Wow -- what a great team effort on a damp Friday afternoon. Congratulations to all of you who tested your limits and discovered the potential within. We've never had so many girls and boys run so fast on that mile! (Plus, we've never had so many girls complete 8 hill repeats.) A very special workout indeed!
