LABOR DAY PRACTICE!!

We will honor Labor Day meeting at the Graveyard at 10:00 a.m. for some running fun. If you can't make it, please run on your own. It should be a hard effort that involves at least 45 minutes of running. This should include 6-8 hill repeats that last over 1 minute.
