This meet is a huge invitational, largely comprised of East Bay teams. The course has a little bit of everything: grass, dirt, pavement, track, and... hills!

We will be departing at 9:00 a.m. from in front of Ridgway Swim Center. Drivers: Mulcaire, Withers, Kennedy, Ballo, Peck, and Carrie. It takes about 1 hr. 20 minutes to get there without traffic.
Directions: 101 South to 580 East; 580 East all the way to Castro Valley; take Grove Way Exit and turn LEFT on Grove Way; this turns into Crow Canyon Road. Turn LEFT on Cull Canyon Road, then RIGHT on Heyer, which will take you up a hill to Canyon Middle School.
