Also, the Thursday tempo run practice will start at 10:00 a.m. at the Cobblestone parking lot.

NBL Results!
Congratulations to all of the incredible Panther performances on Friday at Spring Lake!
The Girls achieved an historic, nail-biting, upset over Maria Carrillo. Their victory allowed them to share the overall league title with Carrillo. Kelly Brooks won the individual title, the first Lady Panther since Julia Stamps in 1996.
The Boys saw all 7 runners PR to finish a solid 3rd place behind up-and-coming Piner and perennial power Maria Carrillo. We're pretty sure we've never had 6 guys under 17:00 before!
JV boys were 3rd, with Connor Moore the top runner. JV girls were 2nd, with Caitlin Young winning the overall title.
