We want to DEPART at 6:00 a.m. This means you should be there 5-10 minutes earlier. We need to get on the road to beat the East Bay traffic. Get all your gear packed the night before so all you have to do is roll out of bed, get to Ridgway, and then go to sleep in the vans!

Thanks to all of our parents who worked the Snack Bar at the Homecoming game on Friday. The Cross Country team was selected to work the Big Game because we can always be depended upon to show up in force and take care of snack bar business. Our parents like their running offspring performed magnificently with Nachos, burgers, gator ade and Tri Tip.

Thank you Cross Country Parents. You are the best and that's why we were in the Snack Bar for the biggest Football Game of the year. We are reliable and good. We helped make a lot of money for SRHS Athletics. And we have a bit of personality to add spice to the snack bar.
